Time on tasks in quiz

disclaimer: bad english of author! AND NOT OLY THAT'

In quiz is every question provided the equal time on an answer or is it different? And if it's equial may be it would be better that the delivered time will be calculated as some kind of an average or a rating of difficulty in quiz factory?
