is notepad++ is a good option to learn HTML?

To write HTML or any language, a text editor I would love to suggest is Atom, it is by github, its open source and has much better support.

Notepad++ has nothing to do with HTML learning. I assume you meant write instead of learn. If that was the case then yes, it is a respectable tool although I have long abandoned it for other editors as I find it less flexible than the others.
