Hey Abdul Basith. Building a complete home automation system is a cool project. Based on my experience, I'd recommend going for the Raspberry Pi as the development board. It's versatile, has a solid community, and won't break the bank. For the language, Python is a solid choice – it's beginner-friendly and has great libraries for IoT. Now, for the wiring, using a CAT6 cable for the neutral line sounds good, just ensure it meets safety standards. Be cautious with high voltage devices like the AC and water pump – maybe opt for a relay setup. For the sensors and devices, look into MQTT for communication between them. It's lightweight and works well in distributed systems. Also, consider security measures – you don't want your home automation to become a playground for hackers.
