How to make Q&A based SoloLearn style Learning system?

Hello. First of all I would like to thank everyone who is using this app. It's been great help since my laptop died and desktop is an ancient piece of junk. Anyways I want to make SoloLearn Styled Q&A based something may be using Card Layouts Html5, CSS3 , jquery lets say for example learning GRE High frequency words or popular English idioms. I like the drag and drop and re ordering of choices in this app. I would like to apologize for not searching the old post and directly asking here. So please give links to any relevant lessons or tutorials. Last but the least if I had a computer I could probably make it using android studio or something else My target is to make it using SoloLearn and share with you guys. Thanks for the patience. Okay . I found the solution. Basically I needed touch support with jquery ui and this pretty much solves all my issues. I will post my codes later
