What to do after the basics of Web designing and development?

When I join Sololearn, I had a goal to complete the lessons of HTML, Javascript and CSS, which is now completed. Plus I ran a marathon reading of Kotlin. I want to be a freelancer web-developer and app developer. Please suggest me, what should I learn next and why?

Before you get to learn a framework you should have decent knowledge of JavaScript. You can however explore what frameworks are. Continue on free codecamp.com or JavaScript.info, SoloLearn's JavaScript course is too basic.
