Find most frequent element in array

Hello! I'm having trouble getting the right output from this code. The purpose of it is to find the most frequent number, print it out and also print out how many times it appears.

I corrected it in the code bellow. Sololearn does not show all compilation / execution errors so it is hard to find a problem using this IDE.
