First you pick a language that you want to learn and then you take that course here

First, you need to choose your programing language by analyzing trending technologies for the long run. There are plenty of survey results online and comparison.

Then you should learn in here and take some courses from online video tutorial sites (Udemy, Lynda, Udacity etc.) and start coding in IDE.

After learning the basics, you should take challenges, solve some problem etc.
