Anyone here use Google cloud services?

I need recommendations on setting up credentials for my Visual Studio c# project. I'm confused by the document. And it doesn't work of setting up of the credentials on environment variables.

i do use google cloud but not for visual studio as that would be prohibitively expensive.

...a quick check of the VS VM in google shows $500 a month.

if youre wanting to set up to connect in local VS to google cloud you have to create a project that uses that api....say an ASP.core web app with the gcp for vs tools installed, and then itll show up. honestly though i barely use it in conjunction with VS.
