How do i setup codeblocks to compile and run Html and javascript languages?

I am in need of an offline compiler for webdevelopment and since i have Codeblocks, i wanted to know how i can set it up to compile Webdevelopment languages, kindly help.

"Setings -> Environment -> Files extension handling" is correct.
Add *.htm* and chose to open it in a Code::Blocks editor.
