Ideas for a bioinformatic app

Hey there! This is my first question, so i'll present myself very fast. I'm Andrea, I'm 21 yo and I'm currently studying biotechnologies in Italy. I had a course called Bioinformatics, and I wanted to develop my app that works in this way: You have a sequence of the aminoacids in a protein, my app reads it and construct a 3d shape of it... so my question is: what libraries should I learn to make this in Python (i was thinking guizero to make a GUI and Panda3d to make the shape...)? And could be useful other languages to make it better? I'm sorry if it is not clear or relevant, but i wanted to make sure to learn the right things in python to make this and, who knows, learn something new to "master" Python... thanks to everybody!

I thing u should get the package of numpy and then with mathematical equations u can give the shapes info like whr they r located for each protein amount

How do you plan to get the sequence data into the app?

I was wandering it could be possible inserting via input (copy and paste, there are websites with sequences available) or upload of txt files
