What does 8 and 9lines of my code exactly mean? How does it actually work?

Well the 8th line means that in the column there is a line break . And in the 9th line you have joined 2 columns with the help of colspan and there is also a line break. There is no data in both of the columns and the 2nd one is larger as it is joined with the 3rd. Thanks
