what is first c++ or html

before i learn html but not complete. now i learning to c++. future when i makr code need html or enough c++. plz suggest me

It belongs to what you will do. If you want to be a web developer, HTML is the best choice (with JS, CSS, PHP, ...)
If you want to program software, C++ is (with Java, C#, C, Python, ...) the better choice.
