[SOLVED] How can i check performance of web pages from my pc

Question

I can check hosted web sites online but how to check files from my pc. Is there any site what offer this kind of check or some tools.
I wanna check how fast are my web pages, both html and css.
Or i need to host site and than check performance. There sure need to be some tool for checking before publishing.

Also how can i check are my offline web site good on diferent browsers. I use some css and i dont know do i need to writte prefix.

Developer tools in Chrome (in console window) have this option, checks performance and give suggestions. Try for offline pages.

You can use webpagetest.org google page speed insights or gtmetrix.com
