where do i start?

i am extremely new to coding. i fiddled around with HTML probably 15 years ago but otherwise i have no clue and i started the course on c++ but i find it very confusing and frustrating. is there somewhere else i should start?

For web stuff, HTML >> CSS >> JavaScript
For non-web, Python is easier to start with than C++
