Basically if you can afford than better go with minimum core i5 processor and 8 GB of ram but you can even start with core i3 processor and 4 GB ram but use the real android device instead of emulator.

I suggest you to have minimum requirements as follows
1. 8 gb ram
2. 50 GB of storage space
3. Minimum intel core i5 processor
