Can I learn to programming in 4 months intensive (daily 9 hours) course?

Computer languages are similar to human speaking languages - no matter what language, the needs for communication are the same no matter where you go. Like learning a spoken language, immersion amongst native speakers is the best way to supplement study. SoloLearn is a sort of country where a dozen or so computer languages (and many human languages) are spoken. Immerse yourself here for a few months, and you'll be ordering lunch in no time :)

that depends on your dedication and how much time you can give in per day to learn, if you're really eager to learn with enough time , you can surely learn in 4 months

Programming is not difficult you can learn it easily but what matter is creating the logic so while you learn programming just keep in mind your focus is only on making logic

Programming is far different from coding. You have a pretty good chance to learn coding. Programming involves control and data structure concepts which is a work in progress.
