Why do you want to learn coding?
I always wonder what it is that keeps people to learn more and more coding and I found out the thing that they want to do is what makes them persevere towards the coding . so what's yours ?

I am trying to get to a point where I'd be comfortable enrolling at a coding bootcamp. Then I'd apply for remote jobs or work for a company until remote work becomes possible, then move to St Croix and enjoy the weather and fish and coral. Mechanical engineering is great but there's just no chance for remote work that I can see and there aren't any ME jobs in St Croix. End goal = St Croix by age 35 (28 now).

I want to make games. I hope to one day either join Valve or Bethesda, or start my own company. I also like the programming community, and to be able to participate in it would make me happy.

Bcoz it's fun, it's challenging. Solving a complex logical problem through programming gives you immense pleasure and helps improve your logical reasoning .
