Pls for me to be a web developer which program do i need to learn and how do i start

Html, css and javascript in that order. You can check out the html section in sololearn but freecodecamp.org is also good.

You will also want a good text editor. I would recommend visual studio.

I believe c++ is more machine learning and hardware interaction. I haven't really studied that yet.
