Anyone know why I can only rate quizzes from Swift & the C language?

Why can't I rate quizzes from the other languages?
It doesn't even give me the option to select them on the list. (they're not there)

I can't accurately rate quizzes if I'm not somewhat skilled in said language. That's why I'm wondering why I only have two choices to judge quizzes. 🧐🤷‍♂️

I went through & rated a bunch of C quizzes. Even though I'm not super well versed in C.
