Sending Sms from my web app

Question

I created a web app with html and Javascript plus some css, that calculates loan payback time and amount, but i need to forward the message from the web app to the client. Any idea on what to do

I think this wouldn't be a task for regular JavaScript (if you dont use nodejs). So its basically fairly easy to do it with php. Do you have a link to your app or a preview here on sololearn, so we know where and how we actually can help? :)
