Is there a way to apply colours without the hexadecimal system

You can do it with rgb(), it's the same as the hexadecimal system, but in base 10. Example:
rgb(0, 0, 0) -> black
rgb(255, 255, 255) -> white
rgb(255, 0, 0) -> red
rgb(0, 255, 0) -> green
rgb(0, 0, 255) -> blue

rgb(7 * 16 + 7, 7 * 16 + 7, 7 * 16 + 7) -> rgb(119, 119, 119)
