Is it really necessary to make games in javascript?

I find that js games are a bit old version. Am really wondering if there are pro game Dev that still use it.

I see JavaScript is a very good language for programming 2d games for beginners , however you cannot make advanced 3d games using JavaScript , it would be more likely to use C# or C++ . (As Unity stopped supporting JavaScript )

Surely. JavaScript is still being used in making games but not at big level. Large size game and game development companies now uses game engines like Unity or Unreal. Unity supported JavaScript for a long time, but now they only support C#. Also unreal only supports C++.
