pathetic_millenial, C can't really do OOP. It has no exception handling. Most complete? oO
Edit: 'Discuss' by downvote. Yeah, that also works. Not.

C++

Maybe the question should end with 'and why?', so that people won't just post the name of their favourite language and nothing else (as if).

I would say c++ coz it's both object oriented and procedure oriented

close, c++ or c# could sure be the most complete, I would say c but c++ is very close to c, and more like an expansion. But python could also very much be complete language as well.

It really depends how you define complete - in some sense machine code or binary could be seen as the most complete. In terms of a usable language though, it's probably C just because it can do low level stuff while still being relatively abstracted.

I want to ask again, in the very same thread where I've already asked (no one answered).
Why is everybody calling C complete, when normally you expect nowadays, that a complete language can do exception handling and OOP at the very least.
What notion of 'complete' is at work here? Does it mean for you that 'you can do everything with that language'?
Well, if that alone is enough, why not call machine code the most complete language?
