How I make an html file in PC

bcoz in my PC when I save a file it does not open like an html file

simply rename the file .html

example..in note pad instead of webpage.txt put webpage.html

You should open notepad and write your code inside it. When your coding finishes, you should save it with. html format. Then you can open it in a browser like Chrome or Firefox.
