If you learned basic things you can start now. But you need to know whan you code you will learn more new things and your app will not be as good as you wont. But with practice you will make amazing apps. 😊

When you feel like it. The truth is: if you think you have mastered the basic concepts of a language (in this case a framework too) you can start right away. With the experience of doing a "real app" you will learn more than you've learned from introductory courses. That's because you will face real problems and you will need to learn something in order to achieve what you want. My only advice is not to think that your first app gonna be the real one, the one you will sell, I mean, it will have a lot of things that you can do better in a future time. The first app is just for the experience. Are you decided for a framework yet?
