Can anyone tell me how to start a web project ?
Does learning html, css and java enough for starting ?
I wanna create a website for our business. Pls help me 😊😊😊

Yes I suggest you to learn HTML, CSS and Javascript first to create a website.

Take a look at my post then. If you're doing something like that, then you'll want to learn some other stuff as well. To create the reservation system, you'll want to be able to interact with a database that'll store the data, so that'll require some knowledge with a query language and a server-side language so that you can communicate between the client and the server easily.

Based on what's available on SoloLearn, here is what I recommend:

^PHP is the server-side language. SQL is the query language. jQuery is a Javascript library that makes using Javascript a lot easier; how it utilizes/simplifies AJAX will be really useful to you.

Basically, you'll use Javascript/jQuery/HTML/CSS to create the front-end reservation system that your customers will see and use. You'll send a request to your PHP file (server-side file) that'll check the database to find out which dates/times are available and which are already reserved. It'll feedback that data to the front-end so that the customer knows which times/days they can select. Once they've made their selection and submit, it'll send another request to the PHP file and it'll add that information into the database.

You'll also want to create some sort of login system so that you can distinguish between employees and customers. As an employee, you would want to be able to see when reservations are made, who made them, etc... so you can properly plan and be able to confirm reservations when a customer arrives or if a customer calls for information. This would also allow for the employee to enter in reservations for people that call your business and wish to make a reservation that way.

Also, keep this system separate from your systems that revolve around sales/money. That way you're not making anything to do with your money vulnerable to people on the web and until you're more experienced to properly secure things.

I ran out of characters to finish what I was saying. As you build out this system, you can do a lot of cool stuff for your business too. For example, this would also allow you to create an interface for customers to create online to-go orders if they're simply wanting to pick up food, which adds another useful means of generating revenue that you may not get otherwise. Since some people are really busy and don't have time to sit down, this could be really useful to those potential customers. As well, many customers enjoy seeing menus prior to going somewhere for the first time, so you can always have something posted up for them on the website.

Another good aspect is that you can use all of this data that's being gathered (reservations, online orders, etc...) to get useful feedback on your business. For example, you can use the same database to generate reports and be able to do some real analytical assessment of the business needs. You know on these days you're super busy and have actual numbers, so you know to ensure proper staffing on those days. You can see that business is really slow on other days, so you could have specials or coupons to get people to your business on the slow days so you're not losing money.

That's just a few ideas to help you see how learning all of this could really improve your business and help make your job a whole lot easier.

What type of business is it? If you're just needing a front facing website, as JTLZ mentioned, that's good enough to get started.

However, if you'll require a database, user accounts, product catalog, online shop, or anything of that nature, then it would be advisable that you learn how to interact with databases (SQL/MySQL/NoSQL/etc..) and learn a server-side language as well (PHP/NodeJS/ASP/etc...). That'll allow you to create a fully functional website that's able to accommodate most modern needs. Ultimately it depends upon your needs and the specifications of the business.
