How do i open .exe on android

Exe is opened in windows OS, apk is opened in Android OS, Android can't execute exe except there an Android app to convert/execute executable(.exe) file to any file that runnable in Android

computer says no. wrong operating system. you could try an emulator say dosbox but i'm not sure if there is a good one out there as I generally use a pc for that. anyway good luck

".exe" on android can be run, using
ExaGear (on ARM only),
CrossOver beta (fastest but on x86 only) or
Limbo PC emulator and other full system emulators (veeery slow)
