Developing an App like Telegram

Can I study programing just here on sololearn and be able to develop an App like Telegram?And what languages do I need to learn.

You need many things not taught here to make that type of app. However, there are many subject matter experts here that can explain those things so you could manage it. However, your best choice would be to use outside knowledge as it will definitely speed up the process.

You can't create apps like TG using the knowledge of SL only. You'll need to read wide.
SL teaches only the basics of each language so I doubt you can achieve your goal with only that.
