PUBG is created using Unreal Engine, so it's safe to say that C++ is used for a good portion of it, at least on the PC. However, considering that PUBG is on most platforms, such as mobile and consoles, many other languages were also used in its development, such as Java, Python, Pearl, C#, PHP, Javascript, etc..
