Can I make games with c++?

I'm learning c++ right now for school. But I would like to know , can I make games with c++? If yes then what I need to install (a thing that looks like unity or unreal but for c++)

You need to install SFML extension and you can make 2D even 3D games as well. You don't need to install unreal engine 😉
