What is the SVG image ? For example image.svg

I have already tried to change the extensions but its coming an error should I need any tool to convert that image in svg ? Any ideas guys

Use SVG editor software such as InkScape to create SVG files.

Image such as JPG files are bitmap, the data contains what each pixel is colored. The size is fixed and if we enlarged it, the smoothness is lost.

For SVG, it is vector graph, it stores information such as from which point we need to draw a line connected to each point. When enlarged, the line is recalculated, and so it is always a smooth line.

Gordon Thanks so according to it we have to use special editor softwares to make the svg files but what is really use of that files or any advantages of that types of files ?

You could try to open it in browser. If it's valid, you should be able to see it. There are some programs that make SVG files that aren't browser-renderable, though. You can also edit it with any text editor.
