What's the better php or asp.net after learning html and css? And why?

There is no better or worse it's up to your preferences. They are both backend frameworks.
And of of course I agree with Aykut SARAÇ you should learn js first.

I tell my teatcher in the college about it(js) before teatching us the asp. Net and he told me asp is the best after learning html
