It depends on your definition of what a "good programmer" is. Personally, I feel like everyone in the IT field should always keep themselves up to date with new technology and languages. If the only tool you have is a hammer, all your problems will look like a nail. So the more you know the better, everything is useful in this field!

Doesn't matter they're all different, start off with the easiest (if you want to become web dev do html > css > javascript)
You need to practice everyday, use the code, read, watch tutorial until you understand each programming languages one at a time.
Remember just pick what do you want to be first then choose the correct languages for that.
