SQL & C++

Question

Where or which software do i have to use on my laptop to be able to run my SQL & C++ programs?? And do i need any other extra software to run PHP or its load along with the web page?

Qt works fine, if you want to use sql with c++. You can simply use SQLite, if you don't want to install any additional software besides it, else you will have to install an sql server.
