It says I “ dont have enough XP to do this function” what that means?

Doing what exactly does cause this error?
You're level one, so your account is probably very limited..
Just make sure to complete courses, play some challenges or gain badges to gain more xp ;)

Then you will level up and be able to do all of the user actions
