In programmer's language, this way:
function task(){
setTimeout (function (){
eat();
sleep();
code();
task();
}, 1000);
}
task();
//๐๐

Sleep 22 hours
Code 1 hour
All remaining activity 1 hour
Lol!
I'm kidding.
Good habits turn bad habit when they don't match your daily needs and programming good habit is that keep programming...

Maggie Smith Did you know how I got to Platinum status? Mostly by challenges and best answers.... Platinum status only means that you acheive a certain of XPs. I describe myself as not a pro coder but a challenger and contributer to Q/A...
Yes I know some good habits that a coder need to have but I want to know your perspective...๐

To go along with learning from mistakes, a lot of programming is experimenting and trying things out to find a best solution. So don't be afraid to make mistakes. If you aren't making any you aren't pushing yourself to new things.

From my perspective,
if you want to write good code you need to read code!
Share your knowledge with younger coders and get support from experienced coders!
Take off your headset, learn to work in a team and to interact with humans beside machine code!
Be humble and put your ego on a pause and accept bugs as part of development process
