HTML Editor for IOT Project

Question

I am looking for very basic but strong HTML editor for one of our IOT project. While this is Iot project it has to be small but able to make forms tables etc

I will embed this to our project.The Users have to use this HTML editor to make their template form to read information and able to make settings via this template.

Do you have any suggestion?
