How to stop text and continue it with "Enter"

Hi,
I try to figure out how to give out text but not instant more like if you press Enter it goes on.
"This is a cool text. If you want to read it press Enter" - User is pressing enter
"Here you got the text"
Would be nice if you could help me.

cin.get() might work just fine in most cases, It doesn't work in sololearn console.
getchar() should also work

Something like typeWriter or, the th text appeara when you click on the button?
