How to add the opening and closing bracket of a tag on our phone I am unable to find the option this thing is totally missing in my keyboard what should do?

If you are typing the code here on SoloLearn, there should be a small console/section above your usual keyboard, which is part of the UI and holds all important special signs you need for coding. You can scroll it to the right to find more signs. That should do the trick for you.
