This question doesn't give you too much information. But, let's say, there are 30 people. They each have 10 clothes, which they pick one randomly. They have 1/10 chance to do so. There are 30 people, so the chance of everyone wearing blue is (1/10)^30. The point I'm trying to make, is to actually do your homework and not just give us an abstract idea of what he task is to do it for you.
