Well maybe in learning a new coding language but there are much more languages that are in demand.
These languages listed above are only needed to maintain old infrastructure.

First off these languages tutorials are available online and being used online... and a good CoBOL programmer is paid extremely well as is a Fortran programmer. These are not meant to be coder languages but actual programming languages...
