Not sure I understand the question but I will try to answer what I think you want.
I am assuming you have hit RUN to view a program result and then you get a prompt asking for user input.
This means the program requires the user, (you), to enter some information to enable it to complete a function.
If you have read the code before hitting RUN, you may understand the type of input required.
After inputting some information, hit SUBMIT which will run the program using your input.
