I get all of what you said except for the "submission" part. What do you mean submission, like make your own copy of a code and make it public or is there a place to submit it?

CeePlusPlus, You saw it, but did you read it correctly?
Basically all you need to do is send a submission as a "comment" to that code, including a link to whatever thread, profile or code you wanted to report ( w/ a description on why you're sending that report ); Hope I helped you.
