I would suggest learning Python first and then C. I assume you are a beginner programmer. Python is the easiest (other than visual coding) language out there. I suggest you learn it first to understand the fundamentals of programming and then when you understand it well, you can move on to C (a much harder language). Also, I wouldn't suggest C as one of your first few languages. It isn't very useful anymore due to other more intricate languages such as C# and Java.
