How to make create pdf with filter by year and month in php?

I want to make report file pdf with filter by year and month. I don't know how to write the query in php. If you know please write step by step in comment.

Step 1 - First you have to download the ms office app.
Step 2 - LOG IN to app by clicking 3 lines on left upper side.
Step 3 - And then select the pdf and there will be a option to open with .
Click to office app.
I will be giving you link of app below.
And then it will open.
Step 4 - then click 3 upper dots in upper right side.
Then click on save as and give name to pdf file and then select locations in ms office.
Step 5 - Then it will take around 10-15 seconds.
Step 6- Then you will be able to see that he file is saved you simply have to click on ok.
Then delete all tasks from the recents.
Step 7 - Again open the ms office app then go to the actions option below.
Then select pdf file that you have named.
Then hold it for 1-3 seconds.
Step 8 - select the option pdf annotations and reporting.
There you will be able to see all options.
