Who is the best way to learn programming?

Do you think that i should read a programming book or exercise in programming environment(Codeblocks,Eclipse, etc) or both of them? Of course sololearn is the best programming application for me. But i am looking forward for other ways. Thank you!

Practice. Write codes. When you comfortable with the language, try simple projects and advance as you complete each one. That way, you'd getting better without even realizing it.
