does a web developer with knowledge of html, css, javascript also need to pay for web hosting?.

is bootstrap a web hosting site?. If not, does that mean that a web developer who wants to use bootstrap would have to pay for both bootstrap and web hosting?

Man, i wish that if you know how to use a language you would everything free, wouldn't that be great? Of course you would have to pay if you want a website, you could also host it yourself if you know how. Bootstrap is not a web hosting site, it's a free framework for css, html and js. http://getbootstrap.com/ There is also bootstrap studio which costs, i don't know how much but it's not really something you need to develop websites. The only thing that would cost is the web-space and domain-name you buy.

You don,t need not to pay for bootstrap, because, you can call it right in your web page from free webs look to comand <script src="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/bootstrap/3.3.7/js/bootstrap.min.js" > But some payable websites offer some frameworks as part of their payable services., with any extension features (like templates, images, help.). It is your choose to order and pay it....

thanks guys. You've been most helpful. I'll like to know if there are some things I'll be able to do if I code the website by myself that I wouldn't be able to do with bootstrap. In other words, is bootstrap in any way, restrictive?
