I dont think so, im a beginner and and started playing with html5 css3 bootstrap 4 and already have designed a website for my company. And now im about to draw start JavaScript. Wish me luck.😅

You can learn any version of html or css in any order you like! However, XHTML (HTML4.01) is the forerunner to HTML5 and therefore should help you to understand the development of the markup language. And HTML4.01 is still relevant, until such time as HTML in email is standardised....

I wouldn't recommend to learn HTML. The basics, ok, but if you want to go further it is probably more useful to learn JavaScript, as it can manipulate the HTML.
