Is there a server for the saved code feature? or is it local?

If our codes were stored locally, we wouldn't have been able to see each other's codes.

Web developers use ssh to login web server, transfer codes into web server using upload commands. Once uploaded, they would initiate run command to execute web codes, so that it can response HTML pages or api data upon any valid incoming web requests.
