HTML,CSS,JavaScript,BootStrap,Jquery,AngularJS,Ruby on Rails etc

yeah sir c is a basic language. we learned c, VB 6.0 and data structure in c only till 3rd semester. so I have no clear idea that which languages are must to know for become a programmer in the beginning too?
